Arjun Reddy Story: The wonderful medicine of the highest category suffers from anger management problems. What happens when he loses control of his life due to an unexpected accident? Does he have a chance at redemption?

Arjun Reddy: Arjun Reddy (Vijay Diverakunda) is a general practitioner who is a bullet-ridden athlete who plays football, gets angry and believes his actions are always justified. Britti (Shalini Pandey), a freshman student, enters his life and is a love at first sight for the protagonist.
